The world’s most popular brand of Amaretto liqueur, Disaronno was first created in 1525. Contrary to popular belief, this is not made from almonds, but instead gets its nutty flavour from apricot pits!
Disaronno Originale is a popular Italian amaretto-flavored liqueur known for its distinctive almond taste, produced with a secret recipe that dates back to 1525. It does not contain almonds or nuts; its flavor is derived from apricot kernel oil, burnt sugar, and the essence of seventeen selected herbs and fruits.
