Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in bourbon barrels before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler’s. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label – note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.

This Irish Whiskey is produced in Ireland for the Peaky Blinder range of spirits, named after the famous TV series. The range is produced by Sadler’s, which has been distributing beer and spirits since 1861.

This is a blend of grain whiskeys and an Irish single malt distilled three times. This blend has been aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks.
