Filliers Dry Gin 28 (50cl , 46%)

Originally created in 1928 by Firmin Filliers, Filliers Dry Gin 28 also uses 28 botanicals in addition to juniper. It is a small batch gin created in copper stills.

The Filliers family had been producing jenever, gin’s ancestor, in Belgium since the 19th century and adding gin to their repertoire was perhaps the next logical step. Today, their gin is still made with a secret blend of citrus fruits, herbs and roots.

Filliers 28 Gin is described as a classic, understated, and well-rounded gin with a strong citrus and juniper profile, balanced by notes of coriander and cardamom. Reviewers praise its smooth, balanced taste, with some noting it can be enjoyed neat and is slightly sweeter than some other gins. It is often highlighted for its clean citrus appeal, leading to a pleasant and slightly sweeter, dry finish.
