The process of making CAELI GIN Mediterranean begins with a delicate and complex selection of botanicals, handmade. A perfect combination composed of 15 elements grown at the gates of the Mediterranean Sea. Juniper, angelica root, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, lemon bark, thyme, Hierba Luisa, among others, are the elements responsible for making such a delicious piece of heaven.
These delicately chosen elements, one by one, merge with each other with the technique of triple distillation.
Caeli Mediterraneo has over 17 botanists involved in its preparation. Includes citrus rind fresh lemon, orange peel, grapefruit and several Mediterranean herbs: verbena, thyme, chamomile, olive leaf, bilberry leaf … The first thing you see in this gin are those herbal notes of Mediterranean plants combined with a subtle citrus very well integrated. In the mouth we perceive a background of juniper characteristic of a good GIN.
