Bacoo White Rum (70cl , 40%)

Bacoo White Rum- Silvery straw color. Sweet aromas and flavors of coconut cream, caramelized bananas, ripe mango, clove, and spumoni with a satiny, crisp, off-dry light body and a smooth, interesting, breezy finish with nuances of candied lime finish. A sweet and slightly candied rum that will make tasty daiquiris and friendly mixed drinks. Bacoo White Rum is aged 3 years in Oak Barrels then filtered through charcoal to extract the color- not flavor.  Higher 86 proof is enjoyable as it cuts through sweetness of the ingredients offered in mixed drinks.
